GTA 6 New Screenshots: Rockstar Drops 38 Images of Vice City, Jason and Lucia

Published

Rockstar has dropped a fresh batch of Grand Theft Auto 6 screenshots, and this time they arrive as an official "Launch Gallery" on the game's website. Eurogamer counts 38 images, while RockstarINTEL reports nearly 40.

What Rockstar announced

On November 5, Rockstar published the gallery and promised "a stunning look at Vice City and beyond." The timing is deliberate: the game is now two weeks from its November 19 release on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

  • Jason and Lucia in action: a nightclub, the gym, and Jason leaning out of a car with an automatic rifle while police helicopters chase him (GameSpot).
  • The Rusty Anchor: the dive bar gets a closer look, with a band playing and locals chatting over beers (Eurogamer).
  • Night hunting and a superyacht chase: an airboat hunting alligators, and police closing in on a superyacht (GameSpot).
  • A possible mall heist: RockstarINTEL says one shot appears to show a heist inside a shopping mall, with Jason and Lucia escaping on a motorbike.
  • New places: the Grasslands, Grassrivers, Leonida Keys and Port Gellhorn all show up.
  • A cameo: RockstarINTEL reports rapper Kodak Black appears in-game.

Eurogamer also highlights a DJ set and a man with his pitbull, which shows how much life Rockstar packed into each frame.

Before you play

GameSpot reports the game's file size is about 212GB, and preloading begins more than a week before launch. The game unlocks at midnight local time on November 19, and New Zealand players will be the first in the world to get in.

What it means for players

Eurogamer calls this perhaps the final look at the game before launch. If you're planning a day-one session, clear some storage now and get your console ready for the download.
